This is an informational website. It has no user accounts, no contact forms of its own, and does not collect data about visitors directly.

We receive personal data only in two situations:

• When you write to us by e-mail. We process your address, name and the content of your message, solely in order to reply and to keep a record of the correspondence.
• When you complete the Romanian form 230 on the Support us page. Details are set out below.

Hosting. The website is hosted by a Romanian provider. Like any web server, it automatically records technical logs containing the IP address, the time of access and the browser type. This information is necessary for the operation and security of the website; the legal basis is legitimate interest.

Google Fonts. The website loads fonts from Google servers, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google when a page is displayed. The fonts set no cookies and are not used for identification.

Formular230.ro. On the Support us page there is a button that opens the form for redirecting 3.5% of Romanian income tax. The form is provided by the Formular230.ro platform, which acts as its own controller for the data entered there — name, personal identification number, address and signature. This data is not stored on our website. The form loads only if you press the button.

We keep e-mail correspondence for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which you contacted us and, thereafter, for the period required by any applicable legal archiving obligations.

We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right of access to your data, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and the right to object to processing.

You may exercise any of these rights by writing to contact@asdbnp.ro. We will respond within the period provided by law.

If you consider that your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing, B-dul General Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, Bucharest.

We may update this policy when the way the website works changes, or when applicable legislation changes. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
